The new year is here and what better way to start things off than with a OSMC meeting.  New Chair Joyce Ryel takes the reins.  Make plans to start 2010 off right by attending this meeting.

Our meeting this month will be during the Oklahoma Trucking Association Mid-Winter Conference.  A two-day educational conference with industry specific topics, the Conference provides something for everyone.  OTA also holds the Fleet Safety Awards banquet during this conference.  Mark your calendars now for this event, February 24-25, at the Oklahoma City Marriott. 

By this meeting, preparations for the 2010 installment of the Truck Driving Championships will be in full swing.  Along with the normal agenda, we will be working on the plans for the TDC.  You’ll want to be a part of this meeting.  Our speaker this month is Jim Palmer with OCC.  You won’t want to miss this.

 

Also this month, March 31st to be exact, there will be a PHMSA Haz-Mat seminar in Jenks, OK.  The seminar is free to attend and you can get more details here.
