CSA 2010: What you need to know. |

CSA 2010 will: · Apply to all interstate motor carriers · Result in increased Carrier Intervention from the DOT · Include Driver Safety Performance Measurements and Intervention · Place many Carriers with “Satisfactory” Safersys Ratings into Intervention and ultimately determine them as “Unfit” to operate
CSA 2010 will be implemented this year and you need to be aware of what effect this could have on you as a company and your drivers. OSMC has been working on this for some time and has held two meetings dedicated to explaining how CSA 2010 works. We are continuing this effort and as new information surfaces we make it available to you. Until then, you can visit the CSA website at www.csa2010.fmcsa.dot.gov for additional information.
